Requirements:

• Having at least 3 years’ experience in MEP – Plumbing works, Electrical works, Painting works, HVAC basics.
• Extensive experience in the MEP industry.
• Proven people management skills, including the management of subcontractors.
• Managing duty phones, answering all the calls, updating the call register, and allocating resources to rectify the faults.
• Managing various systems at different sites.
• Managing Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Reactive Maintenance.

• Practical hands-on approach.
• Excellent people skills with proven mid-level management qualities and the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Job Position:

• PURCHASING OFFICER

Requirements:

Eligible Candidates must:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field, preferably with FMCG products.
• Must have strong data analytical skills (stock, forecasts, reordering etc..)
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Should be a fluent English speaker (Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage)
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. Knowledge of SAP Software is an advantage
• Must have a Valid Qatar ID

Requirements:

• Assist and Report to Project Manager of all aspects of the project.
• Conduct onsite visits and coordinate with crew and operations personnel continuously.
• Convey and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
• At least 5-6 years’ experience in Medium and Large MEP projects.
