Bachelor in hospitality or any graduate course
No experience required, fresh graduate welcome to apply
Knowledge of Opera and MS Office Programs
Presentable team player with good communication skills
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
Ability to understand and work in a multi-cultural environment

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Greeting guests and escorting them to their rooms.
Delivering luggage to room upon check-in and picking up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
Maintaining proper records of deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Ibis & Adagio Standards.

Handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolving customer complaints, assisting guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
