Roblox has blocked more than 300,000 games in Saudi Arabia after striking a deal with the General Authority for Media Regulation to remove inappropriate content and boost child safety.

As part of the move, the platform suspended the “Social Gathering Games” category and temporarily disabled text and voice chat until new Arabic-language moderation tools are introduced.
Roblox said it will combine AI monitoring with Arabic-speaking moderators to safeguard millions of young users in the Kingdom.
