The resort is seeking a dedicated Barista to join its Food & Beverage team. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in delivering personalized and anticipatory service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to guests.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing information about menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Uphold the resort’s standards of service and hospitality at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the guest experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
