Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical (M&E) and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, prioritizing health and safety.
- Conduct repair work on mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation systems to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Assist with emergency services, including fire alarms, lighting, batteries, and standby power requirements.
- Prepare sketches or interpret blueprints to determine wiring and equipment locations, adhering to building and safety codes.
Qualifications:
- A diploma in electro-technical services and a high school qualification.
- Proven knowledge of electrical maintenance and equipment operation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in English.
