Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a frontline Hospitality Ambassador, delivering prompt, courteous service to guests across the resort’s food and beverage outlets.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by ensuring high service standards and comfort.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure timely and efficient outlet operations.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and resort facilities.
- Continuously develop professional skills to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic work area and respect guest privacy.
Candidate requirements:
- Prior experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- A passion for excellent service and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
