Key Responsibilities
- Set tables and ensure they are clean and properly arranged before guest arrival.
- Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations when appropriate.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guests’ needs are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Clear tables and clean work areas after guests depart.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification necessary.
