Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
- Analyze energy and utilities usage to optimize efficiency.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
- Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and electronic wiring.
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
- Adhere to all company and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of related work experience in HVAC maintenance.
- EPA Universal Certification, HVAC Certification, and a valid Driver’s License are required.
