Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, courteous, and engaging tailoring services.
- Perform repairs and alterations on linen, uniforms, drapery, and guest garments promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, ensuring workplace safety.
- Assist with inventory management as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or health and safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training programs offered by the Housekeeping and Human Resources departments.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in the local language is mandatory; a basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
