Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Maintain adequate stock of guest amenities and cleaning supplies on the trolley.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with the hotel’s procedures.
- Handle guest service requests with professionalism and care.
- Follow Lost and Found protocols strictly.
- Stay informed about daily hotel activities and facilities.
- Maintain proper grooming and workplace organization at all times.
- Check “Do Not Disturb” signs before shift completion and supervise closing of service areas.
- Communicate essential information to the next shift or supervisor for smooth operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably within a 5-star environment, is desirable.
- Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Energetic, dynamic, able to work efficiently under pressure.
