As a Cashier at La Cigale Hotel, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a seamless guest experience.
Duties include:
- Preparing daily cashiering forms and operational forms.
- Handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods efficiently and accurately.
- Maintaining complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, hotel services/features, and hours of operation.
- Providing up-to-date information about menus, specialties, and promotions.
- Greeting guests promptly and efficiently, answering phone calls with a professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet usage.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest challenges effectively.
