Key duties include:
- Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical components and equipment.
- Performing surface preparation, painting, drywall, and minor woodwork repairs.
- Operating shut-off valves and maintaining maintenance inventories.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Using the Lockout/Tagout system and adhering to all company safety policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in general maintenance, including interior/exterior surface preparation and painting.
- Prior experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
