Responsibilities:
- Attend to all laundry and dry-cleaning operations, following hotel standards and procedures
- Follow linen and uniform laundry flows and respect established cycles and instructions
- Have a full knowledge of all textiles and their proper care
- Use all machines and equipment with proper knowledge, care, and maintenance
- Handle and store chemicals with proper care, and use correct formulas, following all health and safety regulations
- Report any damage or malfunctioning in the laundry equipment or operations to the superior
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the working area and stores
- Ensure proper handling of lost and found items
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
- 1-3 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel
- Strong knowledge of textiles and laundry operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
