Key Highlights of the Plan
- Service-Centric Approach: Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al Sudais, President of Religious Affairs, emphasized that the plan focuses on enriching spiritual and devotional experiences.
- Cooperation Among Agencies: The plan stresses the importance of collaboration between various government agencies and strategic partners for effective implementation.

Phases of Implementation
The eight-month plan will unfold in three distinct phases, running until the end of Sha’ban 1447 AH. After this period, a separate operational plan for Ramadan will be initiated.
Important Dates
- June 10: Resumption of issuing Umrah visas.
- June 11: Start of Nusuk permit applications.
- First of Sha’ban: Deadline for approving contracts between Umrah companies and overseas agents.
- First of Shawwal: Last date for issuing Umrah visas.
- 15th of Shawwal: Final entry date for pilgrims.
- First of Dhul Qi’dah: All pilgrims must depart the Kingdom by this date.
