Automated Process

• The service allows domestic workers to upload their CVs detailing their experience upon the termination of their contractual relationships with employers.

Recent Regulatory Changes

In 2023, Saudi Arabia implemented new rules for employing domestic workers, including:

• Minimum Age: Set at 21 years to preserve contractual rights.
• Debt Regulations: Dues owed to workers or their heirs are classified as first-degree debts.
• Contract Duration: Contracts must have a fixed duration; if unspecified, they will be considered renewable for one year from the start date.
