This full-time role offers a dynamic environment where you will respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance on equipment, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical room equipment.
- Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and machines.
- Operate shut-off valves and maintain maintenance inventory.
- Conduct repairs on electrical components, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping.
- Follow safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, and deliver excellent guest service.
- Use basic computer skills to manage schedules and temperature controls.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Some experience in general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting.
- Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License.
