Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tables with linens, crockery, and cutlery; escort guests to their tables.
- Take guest orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Retrieve food from the kitchen and clear used dishes and utensils after each course.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any complaints or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in service areas.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and cooking methods; inform guests of daily specials.
- Serve buffet food when required and perform closing side-work duties.
- Adhere to grooming, health, and safety standards consistently.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience working in reputable restaurants or hotel chains.
- Strong customer service skills with professional communication.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and stand for long periods.

- Fluent reading and writing in English.
