Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless experience
• Handle luggage and other guest requests with professionalism and care
• Share insights about the local area and help guests make the most of their stay
• Maintain a safe work environment and uphold company policies and quality standards
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs independently, and heavier items with assistance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• No prior work or supervisory experience required
• No licenses or certifications needed
