Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant.
  • Monitor and control property temperature.
  • Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage.
  • Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
  • Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems, electronic wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
  • Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
  • Adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • HVAC Certification.
  • Driver’s License.
