Dubai’s Parkin Introduces New Monthly Parking Subscription for Select Areas
Dubai motorists can now benefit from a new monthly parking subscription service introduced by Parkin, aimed at simplifying parking for residents and visitors.
This initiative allows users to avoid the hassle of tracking parking durations and the risk of fines.

The subscription covers various parking options, including roadside spaces, public lots, and private community zones. Motorists can access the service through the Parkin mobile app or website.
Key subscription options include:
- Dubai Hills Public Parking: AED 500 for one month, with discounts for longer durations.
- Silicon Oasis: Subscriptions start at AED 1,000 for three months.
- Wasl Communities: Monthly rates begin at AED 300.
- Roadside and Plot Parking: AED 500 for one month.
Users can link only one vehicle per subscription and have the option to switch vehicles under certain conditions. The new service aims to enhance convenience for daily commuters and frequent visitors in Dubai.
