Key Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages, and other items within the property.
- Personalize guests’ orientation of their room in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Guest-oriented, service-minded, and attentive to quality.
