Key Responsibilities
- Receive daily work assignments, keys, and supplies from supervisors.
- Clean guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly, including making beds, cleaning fixtures, and replenishing supplies.
- Maintain clear fire exits and stairways.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep corridors, service areas, and pantries neat and tidy.
- Assist with laundry and dry cleaning services coordination for guests.
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures.
Candidate Profile
- Vocational training in housekeeping within a hotel setting is preferred.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Friendly, dedicated, and customer-focused with cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Team player with strong adaptability and responsibility.
