Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and forward all goods and deliveries to appropriate departments or storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and compile orders according to par levels or hotel needs.
- Maintain organized records of all reports, invoices, and deliveries.
- Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and hygiene of storage facilities.
- Reject damaged or incorrect goods and report any suspicious deliveries following security protocols.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits, including hotel uniforms and first-aid inventory.
- Coordinate with purchasing and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth stock management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and packing documents.

Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent with preferably supervisory experience in a similar hotel environment.
- Proficient communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and organizational tasks.
- Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and guests.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order.
