Yemeni National Arrested for Sexually Harassing a Lady in Al-Jouf

A Yemeni national has been arrested for allegedly sexually harassing a girl in the northern Al-Jouf region.
The arrest was conducted by security forces in collaboration with the General Department for Community Security and Combating Human Trafficking Crimes.

Details of the Incident
- Suspect: Muhannad Sadiq Abadi
- Legal Action: The suspect has been referred to the Public Prosecution after necessary legal measures were taken.

The General Department for Community Security, established on February 13, has initiated a large-scale campaign to combat immoral acts, working alongside regional and provincial police forces to ensure offenders are prosecuted.

- Penalties:
- Imprisonment for up to two years and/or a fine of up to SR100,000 for harassment.
- Increased penalties for repeat offenses, harassment in public places, or against vulnerable individuals (children or persons with special needs):
- Imprisonment up to five years and/or a fine of up to SR300,000.
