In a message shared on social media, Emirates emphasized that the role extends beyond wearing a uniform; it represents a lifestyle choice. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, stand a minimum of 160 cm tall, and have the ability to reach 212 cm.
Fluency in English, along with a minimum of one year of hospitality or customer service experience, is also required. Candidates should hold at least a high school diploma and must not have visible tattoos while in uniform.
Cabin crew members will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and service on board, requiring confidence and adaptability. Extensive training will be provided at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.
The airline offers a competitive, tax-free salary package starting at Dh4,430 per month, along with additional flying pay based on hours flown.
Average monthly earnings can reach approximately Dh10,170. Benefits include hotel accommodation during layovers, transport to and from the airport, and international meal allowances.
