Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, efficient service throughout their visit.
- Follow the outlet’s sequence of service to ensure consistency in food and beverage quality.
- Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, adhering to daily and weekly schedules to meet FSSC requirements.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to enhance service knowledge and standards.
- Answer guest queries promptly, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of the menu, allergens, and promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders professionally, maximizing sales opportunities discreetly.
- Organize mise-en-place duties to ensure a seamless service and presentation aligned with the restaurant’s vision.
- Report complaints or issues immediately to the Supervisor/Restaurant Manager to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Foster a positive workplace by treating colleagues with respect and supporting teamwork.

Qualifications:
