Currently, the project has reached 45 floors out of a planned 70, with around 10,000 construction workers on site daily.

Michael Weaver, Chief Communication Officer at Wynn Resorts, announced that the bulk of hiring for various positions—including room attendants, restaurant staff, and bartenders—will commence in September 2026, approximately six months before the resort opens in March 2027.

The resort will feature 1,500 hotel rooms, 22 restaurants, a spa, and a marina, making it the first beach resort under the Wynn brand and the tallest building in its portfolio.

The hiring will also extend to roles in accounting, finance, IT, and marketing.

Wynn Al Marjan has already received a license from the UAE’s General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) to operate gaming facilities, with plans to offer a range of games consistent with global standards.

Weaver emphasized the importance of responsible gaming practices, ensuring all staff receive training on recognizing and addressing unhealthy gaming behaviors.

With expectations of attracting both local residents and international tourists, the resort aims to create a vibrant destination for visitors.

Room rates and packages will be announced three to six months before the opening, promising a variety of experiences for guests.
