The law outlines strict responsibilities for individuals and healthcare providers, emphasizing disease prevention and compliance with international health standards.
Travelers must provide accurate health information, report any suspected or confirmed communicable diseases, and adhere to hygiene practices, such as wearing face masks and maintaining physical distance.
Individuals suspected of having a communicable disease are prohibited from traveling without prior approval from the Dubai Health Authority and must avoid contact with others to prevent transmission.
The law reflects broader public health efforts by the Dubai government to coordinate responses among various health entities and promote community awareness regarding health and safety.
This comprehensive framework aims to improve community health, reduce disease transmission, and ensure a safe environment for both residents and visitors.
