Key Responsibilities
- Report to work on time in the proper uniform and nametag.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Inform guests about hotel services and promotions.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings.
- Take guest orders accurately and process pre-ordered meals.
- Communicate effectively with servers and maintain accurate order tracking.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Assist with various side work and setup as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; fluency in English is essential.
- Reliable and responsible with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Previous experience in food and beverage is an asset, but not required.
- Familiarity with Micros POS systems is a plus; training will be provided.
