Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high grooming standards and professional appearance.
- Exceed guest expectations by understanding their preferences and updating profiles.
- Ensure all telephone interactions are courteous and efficient, never leaving phones unattended.
- Handle order taking and placement promptly and professionally.
- Perform cashier duties as needed and manage reservations for other outlets.
- Comply with HACCP and FIFO standards to maintain safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily financial and quality targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience, preferably with a hotel & catering background.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to professional values.
