Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service adhering to the hotel’s high standards, policies, and etiquette.
- Maintain excellent grooming and professional appearance.
- Know the restaurant menu and daily specials in detail.
- Be familiar with beverage service, including appropriate glassware and garnishes.
- Monitor and contribute to restaurant financial targets and quality standards daily.
- Proactively anticipate and fulfill guest needs to maximize satisfaction.
- Ensure service stations are well-stocked and clean throughout service.
- Communicate guest feedback promptly to management.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards including HACCP and FIFO.
- Participate in training and briefings to maintain service excellence.
