Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to guest maintenance issues and communicate effectively with guests.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Maintain inventory and manage requisitions for parts and supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: Some experience in general maintenance; hotel maintenance experience is a plus.
- License: Valid driver’s license required.
