Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Operate espresso machines and grinders with expertise.
• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging customer service.
• Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assist guests with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and outlet policies.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience required.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain calm, courteous service.
• Reliable and responsible with a focus on guest satisfaction.
