Key Responsibilities
- Address all engineering-related guest room requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms according to established checklists.
- Respond swiftly to engineering service requests and execute assigned work orders.
- Maintain effective communication with Housekeeping and Front Office teams regarding room status.
- Operate and monitor maintenance systems daily, and keep accurate logs of work performed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certification or training in technical trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and general computer literacy.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
