Key Responsibilities

• Address all engineering-related guest room requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms according to established checklists.
• Respond swiftly to engineering service requests and execute assigned work orders.
• Maintain effective communication with Housekeeping and Front Office teams regarding room status.
• Operate and monitor maintenance systems daily, and keep accurate logs of work performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification or training in technical trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and general computer literacy.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
