Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Maintenance & Repairs: Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution. Troubleshoot faults in guest rooms and other areas.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and maintain operational safety systems.
  • Energy Efficiency & Safety Compliance: Monitor energy consumption and adhere to local electrical codes.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work with other maintenance staff and maintain accurate records of activities.

Qualifications:
