The updates focus on a modern and user-friendly design, particularly on the main page and Zakat calculator, which is a central feature of the app. The redesign ensures a comfortable interface and offers flexible, secure payment options.

The “Zakaty” app (qch.qa/ezakaty) simplifies Zakat calculation per Islamic law, featuring an intuitive calculator for all Zakat types, a dedicated Zakat al-Fitr service, and a comprehensive fatwa section.

With heightened interest in Zakat and charitable donations during Ramadan, Qatar Charity emphasizes the importance of its “Zakaty” app and other electronic services.

Donors can also request a “Home Collector” through Qatar Charity’s app (qch.qa/appen) or by calling 44290000 for assistance with Zakat and other contributions.

Qatar Charity operates 32 branches across Qatar—22 for men and 10 for women—along with 94 collection points in shopping malls and other locations, allowing donors to easily calculate and pay their Zakat.

As Ramadan is a time for generosity, compassion, and aiding those in need, Qatar Charity encourages donors to support its Ramadan campaign “Giving Lives On,” which is active in 40 countries, particularly in crisis-affected areas like Gaza.
