The iftar banquet, spanning an impressive 2,800 square meters, featured collaboration from 20 local restaurants, ensuring a diverse and plentiful meal for attendees.

To guarantee a smooth experience, the ministry provided essential amenities, including rain shelters, ambulances, and a dedicated team for cleaning and security, emphasizing the importance of safety and comfort for all participants.

In addition to the festivities in Indonesia, another iftar banquet took place at the Central Mosque of Imam Sarakhsi in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

This gathering also aimed to support individuals observing Ramadan, fostering community spirit and gratitude among attendees, who expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

The initiative extended to Malaysia, where an iftar meal was held in Kuala Lumpur, further highlighting the program’s reach and impact.

This year, the iftar program is being implemented in 61 countries, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s commitment to supporting Muslim communities worldwide during this sacred month.

Alongside the meals, the ministry’s initiatives include distributing dates, copies of the Quran, and organizing various religious and cultural activities, all designed to alleviate the burdens of Ramadan and enhance the communal joy of the holy month.

Through these efforts, Saudi Arabia not only nourishes the bodies of the fasting but also nurtures the spirit of unity and compassion among Muslims globally.
