The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) has revamped its website with several new features designed to enhance user accessibility. Key improvements include:
- Voice Navigation: Users can now search for information and services without typing or scrolling.
- Interactive Guide: This tool categorizes ICP services, allowing users to quickly access relevant information, conditions, and procedures for each service.
- Flexible Access Options: Enhanced design features support diverse reading and browsing needs, making it easier for users to navigate the site.
Maj-Gen Suhail Al Khaili, director-general of the ICP, stated, “We are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality services around the clock, and this new platform reflects our commitment to enhancing their experience.”
The website also keeps customers informed about the latest developments, initiatives, projects, activities, and events conducted by the authority.
