Qualifications:
- High School Qualification or Bacehlor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of job related experience
- Must be a good team member, well-groomed and sociable in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment

- Possess factual knowledge of Qatar history, geography, growth and development
- Ability to multi task, aware of proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people from different backgrounds

Key accountabilities of the job:
- Greeting and welcoming customers, creating an entertaining environment and ensure they are well informed about the itinerary for each of the tours
- Accompany visitors to tour site locations and explain emergency procedures to ensure the safety of group remains a top priority
- Plan alternative activities in case cancellations, closures or unexpected weather conditions occur

- Monitor the behavior of the group to ensure that everyone is in compliance with the rules
- Describe the tour points of interest to the group, respond to questions and maintain positive, friendly demeanor with customers at all times
- Assemble and check the required supplies and equipment prior to departure
