Responsibilities:

  1. Is responsible of managing relations between business entities and customers including decisive planning and sales negotiations.
  2. Develops and maintains robust sale pipeline to deliver results via Salesforce.com CRM system
  3. Identify opportunities to up-sell, organize and lead account reviews.
  4. Develop and maintain account plans to establish forecasts and anticipated
  5. revenue streams.
  6. Provide solutions from the Vodafone product range that fit the client’s requirements.

  1. Ensure the funnel is always kept up to date on Salesforce.com and CRM systems.
  2. Set yearly forecast numbers and figures related to number of new connections and ARPU increase.
  3. Develop and maintain client relationships according to Vodafone sales guidelines.
  4. Work with entire sales team on large strategic accounts.
  5. Close deals that are profitable and high value to Vodafone Qatar.
  6. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual target as set by the Sales Manager.

  1. Ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior is aligned to the Company’s values.
  2. Build personal relationships and trust with the accounts’ points of contacts.
  3. Demonstrates understanding and execution of Customer Relationship Selling Negotiates / gains commitment: Understands effective negotiation techniques & seeks to apply them in most situations.

Skills and Experience:

Apply if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Marketing or relevant
  • B2B sales or/and account management experience for at least 6 years.
  • Fluent English essential, fluent Arabic is a preference.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of handling large Enterprises is required.
  • Customer Commitment – is a customer champion and manages the processes and organization towards exceeding customer expectations. Experience in the GCC Market ideally
