Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and high-quality drinks.
- Stay updated on new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests’ evolving needs.
- Take ownership of guest service, ensuring a broad and positive impact on the guest experience.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments and the local community to anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area, adhering to high standards of presentation and functionality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in a barista or similar role.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
