This role is essential for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, aligning with the hotel’s high standards and commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to guests during their stay and ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Liaise with supervisors and coordinators to ensure timely attention to guest requests.
- Take initiative to add a personalized touch to the guest experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for guests’ privacy and belongings while delivering exceptional service.
- Oversee the end-of-day closing of the service area, ensuring all equipment is in place and the area is safe.
- Properly stock and prepare the housekeeping trolley with amenities, cleaning supplies, linens, and mini bar items before commencing work.
- Check and note rooms with “MAKE UP” and “Do Not Disturb” signs, respecting guest preferences.
Requirements:
- Service-focused personality with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Preferably female candidates.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Physically active and efficient in performing housekeeping tasks.
