How to File a Complaint
The process has been designed to be straightforward and accessible through the Metrash platform:
- Log in to the Metrash app
- Select “Communicate With Us”
- Click on “Complaints”
- Under “Application Type”, choose the category of the issue
- Enter the required details and confirm their validity
- Click “Next” to submit the complaint
