How to File a Complaint

The process has been designed to be straightforward and accessible through the Metrash platform:

  1. Log in to the Metrash app
  2. Select “Communicate With Us”
  3. Click on “Complaints”
  4. Under “Application Type”, choose the category of the issue
  5. Enter the required details and confirm their validity
  6. Click “Next” to submit the complaint
