Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms according to Hyatt’s exacting standards.
- Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure all guest supplies are present and in excellent condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly to supervisory staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Uphold Hyatt’s standards of safety, security, and hygiene at all times.
- Interact courteously and professionally with guests and team members, delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic communication skills with a guest-focused attitude.
