To track your application status, simply visit the official website of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) at icp.gov.ae.
Steps to Check Your Status
- First-Time Applicants: Enter your Application Number (PRAN), which can be found on your Emirates ID application form.
- Renewal or Replacement Applicants: Input your Emirates ID number.

In 2023, ICP introduced a new registration form that assists residents in tracking their Emirates ID application status and changing appointment dates for fingerprinting and biometric scans.

For those whose Emirates ID is under renewal, lost, or damaged, a digital Emirates ID can be used temporarily.
Residents can add their digital ID to Apple Wallet via the UAEICP app or access it through UAE Pass, which also provides a QR code for verification.
