Position Summary & Responsibilities
The Guest Environment Expert is entrusted with much more than cleanliness—this role involves creating lasting impressions through attention to detail and proactive service:
- Ensure the hotel’s appearance and cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard.
- Deliver on guest service requests and efficiently stock housekeeping carts.
- Promote a safe work environment, comply with company policies, and uphold confidentiality and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication at all times.
- Perform physical tasks—including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 lbs—while remaining attentive and detail-oriented.
