The hotel is currently hiring a Carpenter to join its engineering and maintenance team. The role is ideal for candidates who are technically skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated to uphold the high standards of a world-class property.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest repair requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Handle plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs, including troubleshooting and fixing minor issues.
- Carry out carpentry and finish work, such as wood trimming, drywall repair, and painting.
- Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations.
- Safely lift and transport loads up to 50 lbs, and navigate stairs, ramps, and ladders as required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in carpentry, general maintenance, or hotel facilities.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
