The Mason will be responsible for responding to guest repair requests and resolving maintenance issues. Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, conducting inspections, and ensuring the proper functioning of tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to and resolve guest repair requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen and mechanical room equipment.
- Maintain inventory and requisition parts as needed.
- Communicate daily activities and issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to safety and security policies, reporting any hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Some background in general maintenance or hotel engineering is advantageous.
- Licenses: A valid driver’s license is required.
