Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests following the highest service standards, policies, and etiquette.
- Maintain impeccable grooming and professional appearance at all times.
- Know and present detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials.
- Understand beverage service, including proper glassware and garnishes.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations to enhance satisfaction.
- Follow financial targets, quality assurance, and guest feedback metrics daily.
- Keep service stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout service.
- Handle opening and closing procedures smoothly using checklists.
- Report guest feedback and any issues promptly to management.
- Comply with HACCP, FIFO, health and safety regulations.
- Participate actively in training sessions and maintain a proactive attitude.
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse and dynamic team environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.
