Dubai Airports Launches New Smart Pickup Service: ‘Greet and Go’

Dubai Airports has launched a new smart pickup service called DXB Greet & Go at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.

This innovative service replaces traditional guest paging with a streamlined experience for arriving passengers.

Upon arrival, guests can scan a unique QR code at designated kiosks to access information about their assigned driver and vehicle, including parking location and car registration number.

This service is intended for travelers arriving in Dubai with pre-booked hotel, limousine, or tour services.

Located in the Arrivals area, the DXB Greet & Go service aims to reduce congestion and enhance the flow of guests, providing a more professional welcome experience.

Essa Al Shamsi, Senior Vice President of Terminal Operations at DXB, stated that the initiative is part of ongoing efforts to make the airport experience more efficient and enjoyable.

The service is available for licensed hotels, limousine providers, and tour operators in Dubai. Businesses can register their drivers and vehicles on the DXB Greet & Go portal and send personalized QR codes to guests prior to their arrival.
